Step 1: From the sign-in page on either SEAGM or the SEAGM for iOS or Android app, click Sign in > Click Forget password.
Note: If you did not request to reset your password, please contact our customer service here.
Step 2: Enter your email address > click the checkbox at reCAPTCHA checkout > click send reset password email.
Step 3: Check your email inbox. > click the link in the email to complete the reset password process.
Notes: Please check your email JUNK or SPAM folder if you could not find the message in your INBOX.
Step 4: Choose a new password > click Save > browser will back to SEAGM.com automatically.
Note: The password reset links included are time-sensitive and only for one-time use. If you click the link and it doesn't work, try requesting a new one and use the link as soon as you can.
