EPS (Netpay) e-payment standard allows customers to make real-time online payments via their internet banking applications. The main member banks with high volumes due to the number of account holders are Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Erste Bank Sparkasse, Raiffeisen Bank, and Bawag PSK.
Note:
1. A processing fee of 3% + EUR 0.45 will be applied automatically during each checkout. Costs vary and may change from time to time.
2. EPS (Netpay) payment method is supported for Austria users under Euro Currency [EUR] in SEAGM.
Step 1: Choose your products in SEAGM and then click "PayNow" to be directed to the checkout page.
Step 2: Click on Online Banking and select "EPS (Netpay)". Then, click on "Pay Now" to proceed.
Step 3: Once clicked, kindly enter your bank name, code/ BIC and click on "Weiter zum Bezahlen" to continue.
***You may key in the first alphabet of your bank, and a list of bank names will be shown, kindly select the one you need.
Step 4：Once selected, you will be directed to the payment page of the relevant bank. Kindly enter the login information to continue.
Step 5: Kindly follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment. Once the transaction is completed, please allow the payment gateway to re-direct you back to our website to fully complete the transaction.
***Note: Please allow our website to fully load once your transaction is completed to prevent floating orders.
Step 6: You may your order status under "My Orders" in your SEAGM profile.
