SEAGM offers an Offline Payment method to our valued customers. This is the payment method where buyers will need to provide proof of payment transfer to SEAGM's bank account for verification before it is being processed.
Note: This only applies to Malaysia Currency (MYR).
(A) For Physical Store (7-eleven):
Step 1: Log in to your account, select your desired item > to buy now.
Step 2: At the checkout page, check your order details then click checkout.
Step 3: On the Payment page, select offline payment > select “7-Eleven” as your preferred payment method payment then click pay now.
Step 4: You'll be directed to the online secure payment page > tick the checkbox > click proceed.
Step 5: Your payment request has been successfully recorded > you’ll be given a Transaction ID and Verification Code along with barcodes. You may screenshot/print it out and show it to 7-11 staff.
Step 6: Head over to the nearest 7-Eleven store, and tell the cashier you want to pay via MOLPay Cash. Present the transaction ID & Verification Code for cash payment.
Step 7: You’ll be given a MOLPay receipt and a 7-Eleven receipt (2 receipts) once payment’s done.
Step 8: Contact our customer support via LiveChat to verify and confirm your payment. Goods will be delivered once the payment is captured.
Notes: You may also show the barcodes to 7-11 staff in your email for scanning. Kindly proceed with the payment within 4 hours before it expires.
(B) For ATM or Cash Deposit Transfer:
Step 1: Log in to your account, select your desired item > to buy now.
Step 2: At the checkout page, check your order details then click checkout.
Step 3: At the Payment page, select offline payment > select your desired payment method payment then click pay now. The bank account name and number will be given.
Step 4: Use an ATM Machine or Cash Deposit to transfer/deposit into our account > key in our bank account number and complete the transfer/deposit.
Step 5: Keep the receipt of the transfer/deposit for verification.
Step 6: Chat with our customer support via LiveChat as soon as possible to confirm your transfer/deposit.
